Step 5: Ordering, Pricing & Payments
Orders are subject to availability, payment verification, and approval by NABURE. Prices are listed in INR and include GST unless otherwise stated. The price at checkout is final.
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed via secure gateways, and we do not store full card details.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.
Step 6: Product Use & Safety
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use and waiting 24–48 hours to check for reactions. Products must be used as directed, stored properly, and kept away from children.
Customers with known allergies should carefully review ingredient lists and consult healthcare professionals. NABURE is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies or improper usage.
Step 7: Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. NABURE is not responsible for courier delays. Risk transfers to the customer once the order is shipped. Accurate shipping details must be provided.
Step 8: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for damaged products (reported within 48 hours), wrong items delivered, or manufacturing defects. Opened, used, improperly handled, or final-sale products are not eligible for return.
Customers must request return authorization within 7 days and ship items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
