  • An item is missing from your order

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

⚠ Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Step 3: Share Required Details

Please provide:

  • Order number and invoice

  • Short description of the issue

  • Clear images of outer and inner packaging

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage

This helps our team verify and process your request quickly.

Step 4: Verification & Resolution

Our support team will review your case and confirm eligibility. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Important Conditions

Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product is partially used or altered

  • Original packaging (mono carton, seal, labels) is missing

  • The damage is caused due to misuse or improper handling
