Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy – NABURE

At NABURE, our mission is to deliver the purity of nature to your doorstep with care, transparency, and efficiency. Please review our step-by-step policy below for complete clarity.


Step 1: Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Dispatch days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays).


Step 2: Shipping Coverage & Charges

  • We deliver across all of India, including metro cities, semi-urban towns, and rural areas.

  • Standard Shipping Charge: ₹100 (flat rate across India)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499

  • Any promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.


Step 3: Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Step 4: Eco-Friendly Packaging

All NABURE products are packed using eco-friendly, sustainable, and sturdy materials to protect product quality while reducing environmental impact.


Step 5: Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email with tracking number

  • SMS updates

  • Real-time tracking link

Step 6: Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Keep your mobile number reachable

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. After the final failed attempt, the package will be returned to us. Re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.


Step 7: If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Product

At the Time of Delivery:

  • Inspect the parcel before accepting it.

  • If damaged or tampered, refuse delivery.

After Delivery:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours.

  • Share order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Resolution may include a free replacement or full refund, as applicable.


Step 8: If an Item Is Missing

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing photos and order details.

  • Missing items will be shipped at no additional cost after verification.


Step 9: Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Genuine quality concerns (after evaluation)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items


Step 10: How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share order number and product images

  • Wait for QA approval

  • Pack the product in original packaging

  • Ship to the address shared after approval

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

  • Amount is credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch.

  • NABURE is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

  • Please follow storage instructions mentioned on packaging.

  • All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
